Physician Agreement Review

What Your Agreement Doesn't Say
Can Cost You Everything

This automated system is designed to assist pediatric practices in reviewing two types of physician agreements. Select which type of agreement you would like to analyze, and our system will identify gaps, risks, and missing protections specific to that agreement type.

📋
Partnership / Operating Agreement

Reviewing your practice's partnership or operating agreement? Our system compares it against 197 governance items we advise every pediatric practice to include — covering buy-in/buy-out, voting rights, compensation structure, distributions, restrictive covenants, disability provisions, and dispute resolution.

📄
Physician Employment Agreement

Reviewing a contract offer or existing employment agreement? Our system checks your agreement against 49 specific items every physician employment contract should address — including compensation structure, non-compete terms, call obligations, tail coverage, termination rights, and partnership track provisions.

Don't Let Legal Fees Drain Your Practice

Turn These Findings Into Consensus & Clarity

Attorneys bill $400–$1,000 per hour to redline agreements — but most disputes aren't legal problems at first. They're alignment problems. Our consultants are available to guide your practice to achieve consensus around every gap identified above, often resolving issues before a lawyer ever needs to be involved.

What information is collected. When you use this tool, you may optionally provide your name, email address, practice name, location, and the number of owners and providers. You also provide the text of your agreement for analysis. This information is used solely to generate your analysis report.

How your agreement text is handled. Only the first 20,000 characters of your agreement text are transmitted to our AI analysis system over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The text is processed in memory to generate your report and is not stored, logged, or retained after your analysis is complete.

AI processing. Agreement text is analyzed using Anthropic's Claude AI API under a Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreement — meaning Anthropic does not store or use your inputs to train their models. Your agreement content is not used for any purpose other than generating your analysis.

Feedback submissions. If you choose to submit a star rating and comment, that feedback — along with your name, email, and practice name if provided — is stored in a secure, access-controlled spreadsheet accessible only to PMI staff. This data is used solely to improve the service.

Session analytics. This site uses Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymous usage data including page interactions and session recordings. Clarity does not collect or store the content of your agreement. This data helps us understand how the tool is used and identify areas for improvement.

Our recommendation. For maximum confidentiality, we recommend redacting names of parties, specific dollar amounts, and identifying addresses before uploading. The analysis relies on legal structure and clause language, not identifying details.
